Auto Note examples

I was hoping someone would be willing to post an example of an auto note for a crown, filling, or other procedures . It would be great to be able to pattern notes from more seasoned OD users. Thanks.

I don't personally feel that the "autonotes" feature is worth the hassle when templated notes can be so powerful.
