Database Integrity Dialog

Post by JLM »

So, getting this dialog on every patient this morning.
We use no software add-ons or plugins at all.
I have several programs that do select queries *only* (learned my lesson many years ago...)
Running 24.3.3.33. MySQL 5.5

False positives or?

The system is designed to detect data manipulation that was not made by official Open Dental software. Since you aren't using 3rd party software then it is most likely a bug / false positives. You could update your version of Open Dental to see if this was a false positive that was patched in versions between yours and our most recent versions. If they keep happening after the update, then we'll need to dig a little further.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.

We are experiencing this too. No recent changes. We only use dental intelligence.

Strangely enough dental intel has a banner on their site saying the error isn't from them. It must be common/widespread. Let me know if you hear anything, I left a vm with OD at 7am and haven't heard back.

The frequency of popping up this dialog has been drastically reduced. You should be able to restart Open Dental and should no longer experience the dialog on every patient select.

Upgraded to the latest version after work today. No more dialogs...
