I have noticed that the exclamation point is not appearing in the patients appointment when the insurance has not been sent

Is there a way to track insurance used per calendar year?

In the Misc Setup, there's a checkbox for "Show ! at upper right..." Apparently it was causing slowdowns and so was disabled by default.

It is shown in the lower right of the treatment plan mdule.

If you setup the patient's insurance profile including their annual maximum it will also show how much is remaining for the calendar year.
