Hello all!!!!
My name is Kenzi. I'm a Dental Assistant living in the best state for College Football *cough, cough* Oklahoma Today was my first day at a brand new office! I'm excited to be on a team that is positive, gets down to business, and can have a few laughs. But there's one problem, they're using this FOREIGN software program that has me a little... confused My dentist told me to check out the website for tutorials, and I stumbled upon the Forum. ALL tips, pointers, shortcuts, advice that someone can give me on OpenDental would be greatly appreciated. Dentists, I caught on to the charting system pretty quick but when my Doc said chart "8 MFL" for existing I could only click on ML, I couldn't find the F. Sorry if this makes no sense But any help would definitely be awesome right now!

I would ask your employer for some training - I can't imagine asking our new staff members to jump in and use Open Dental with no training before hand.

Actually, I'm in the process of training an new staff member.
Unfortunately, there is no current (graphical illustration) on how to do all this stuff.
I'm in the process of creating a "flow chart" of how all this stuff comes together.
