Background: When a patient comes, we ask them the services they would be interested in. In the Marketing section of the patient profile, we mark what they are interested in.

Issue: When we try to pull the reports there aren't any options for pulling a marketing report. Then we tried searching with the code M0002 (interested in Invisalign) and in Open Dental it doesn't pull anyone up. And then in Practice by Numbers it pulls up the entire database.

Does anyone know how to pull these reports? Or what are we doing wrong?
