How do we set up our own web server to handle the webforms if we do not have a registration key for yours?

It would take some work. The source code is posted. You'd have to get a certificate so that you could run it as https. You'd have to alter the source code a little bit. It's probably not worth the effort for one office. The only reason it was worth the effort to us to set it up is because it benefits thousands of offices.
