Demand force versus dental senders

Post by carlg » Mon Mar 08, 2010 10:02 am

I just listened to a web based sales pitch from Demand Force. Does any one have any experience with Demand force or dental solutions? Is it worth paying for to optimize our web site with Demand force? How do patients respond to these e-mail commucincations with their dental office? Has it had a positve impact on your practice? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Yes Dental Senders has had a positive impact on my practice. I have to combine what you do with my own internal marketing to get optimal results. I have had one reactivation from email via email. I think there is an education period for my patients. The reason I say that is its been a little over a year since I have started using Dental Senders. In the past 3-5 months there has been a lot of appreciative comments on the text messages and the emails. Prior to that there was no mention. We are getting a lot more survey responses also. I think initially it was a big jump for my patients to accept and rely on he e-messages, Now they acknowledge them. I hope they will grow to prefer them so my staff can be freed up to do other tasks.
