Web Sched Recall settings
Web Sched Recall settings
I'm using Web Sched Recall and when it reminds a patient, usually through email or text, it takes them off my recall list temporarily. It is my understanding that this is so I don't keep bothering them. I feel like some of my patients need an actual live person to call them but now I don't have an easily accessible list for my staff to work off. My staff is smart enough to not contact a patient that has been recently contacted. Does anyone know how I can adjust these settings? Thanks in advance.

I don't think there is a way to do this currently, you might want to enter a feature request. (http://opendental.com/manual/featurerequests.html)
