Practice Communicator

Post by Hersheydmd » Wed Sep 20, 2017 3:39 pm

Just want to give a little plug for Patient Communicator (Total Recall Systems).
I have no financial interest in the company, but I have been using their services with Open Dental for a few years and couldn't live without it. The integration is extremely smooth. They make automated recall, confirmation, reminders, post-op communications, texting, reviews & surveys, a cinch. Most patients love the automated reminders. They are constantly improving and adding updates. And they have very attractive e-mail templates. Just my two cents.

Open Dental does provide many of these services including automated recall, patient texting, confirmations, and reminders. We are always happy, though, when other companies are able to provide additional value to our customers. That is one of the primary reasons that are software is open-sourced; it makes it much easier for third-party vendors to provide their services.
