We've just started using the eConfirmation and eReminder services and are trying to work out some kinks.
It appears that some patients are getting the email / text and some are not. We noticed that on one of the upcoming days, one patient got the email / text and another unrelated patient did not. Yet, their settings / preferences are listed as the same.
Any idea why this happened?

You should call in and have our eService department take a look at some logs / settings. One of the most important pieces of information is what version of Open Dental you are currently using because it could just be a bug and you just need to update.

The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
