We converted from Softdent to OD six months ago. I've been using LIghthouse 360 for about 5 months but I'm not crazy about how it all works together. For instance, LH360 doesn't place a note into the patient's chart that they've been contacted. When we look through our Recall list everyone is there, whether they've been contacted recently or not. What do you guys do about this? How do you stay on top of Recall? - Harald
