Issues with sheets

Post by candacealaska » Wed Feb 01, 2012 5:51 pm

I have created "exam sheets" with check boxes and placed rectangles around them so the assitants can see where to click. I hace tried making the box bigger, text bigger, making the box first, making the x first. placing it on all diffrent sides of the sheet. They are not visible anywhere! HELP!

What's not visible anywhere? The box outlines? What specific version are you using?

The rectangle needs to be larger than the "x" checkbox. Try making the checkbox 13x13 and the rectangle 15x15 like the sample sheet (and make sure the x is entirely inside of the box). If the x blocks any sides of the rectangle, the sides will not show. Just to verify you can see the rectangle(box), try placing the rectangle in open space and open an exam sheet for a pt to see if it is visible. Hope this helps.

If I add a static image ( 0ur logo) then the boxes do not show up, no matter what size I'm using 11.1.30.0.

Got it. OK, so there are two solutions:
1. Upgrade to 12.0 where we made improvements in this area.
or
2. Make your logo a much larger image, like 8 1/2" x 11", with most of it white. You see, in older versions the boxes get drawn onto that image, so it has to be bigger.
