Deductible already paid

Probably any easy solution, but we have just converted to OD. Some of our patients have already had treatment this year and have paid the deductible. Now with the first treatment using OD, it wants to deduct the deductible again. Is there a way to tell the program that the deductible has already been used this year? (besides removing the deductible from the ins setup) Thanks

Upper right corner of the Insurance Plan window there's a section for "Adjustments to Insurance Benefits". Click Add and enter the deductible and/or insurance used amounts and the date.
