How to - Default View on Appts

Anyway to set the default view on the Appts screen? We have opporatories set with limited schedule view information such as with name and notes for privacy, while the front office has all details. When they close and open OD in the back ops, they default to the first, and wrong view. Thanks!

Setup | Appointment Views

Set up the default F1 view to show limited information. I have my default view with PatientNameF, Procs, and PreMed flag
set up F2 view as Complete with everything you want to show.

Now when OD is started, it will show only the default limited info. If the frontdesk wants, simply hit F2 to show the complete view.

teethdood, yes this is how we have it setup. I was hoping the application would save the last view of that user or computer, instead of always switching to the first entry with each load. I guess I'll put in an feature request.

It annoys me too. I started to implement it yesterday but got distracted. There's a good chance it will be in the next version.
