Drawing with DirectX
Since the implementation of DirectX, I find it's a lot more difficult to sketch and draw with my graphics tablet (in Open dental). The line created is "granular" and has to be drawn more slowly. Any ideas on how to improve this? Different mode in OD maybe or am I missing a resolution adjustment available for my graphics tablet? Using Format 7 (direct X)

Re: Drawing with DirectX
Working with it a little more - I notice that the computer is having a tough time keeping up with the movements of the pen. If i draw VERY slowly, I can get a smooth line

Re: Drawing with DirectX
That was a compromize that we had to make. Sorry. We figured the benefit of having a graphical perio chart and antialiased regular chart was worth the cost of a more annoying draw feature. There are optimizations that we could make to speed it up, but it would take weeks of work.
