Insurance plan effective/termination

Post by rmaddali » Mon Dec 07, 2009 10:36 am

In the insurance plan field, even if you enter the date of termination , it does not go away unless you hit the Drop button. In reality, if i know this pateint will no longer have the insurance at the end of this month and i enter 12/30/2009 ,, and it should drop the plan automatically , when the 12/30/2009 is passed

I've also found that if you enter a termination date and then click the Drop button it doesn't save the term date you entered. You have to enter the date, click OK (to save it), then open the insurance window again and click Drop. When dropping a plan wouldn't you always want to enter the term date at the same time? What should take 3 steps takes 5.
