fee schedule change

I recently changed a fee schedule and have noticed that when we complete treatment that has been treatment planned prior to the change the old fee is being used. Is that the correct behavior? It seems like it should use the fee as of the date of treatment, not the date it was treatment planned. Maybe there is a quick fix (other than updating everybody's treatment plan just in case there have been changes) that I'm not aware of. Thanks.

The Global Update I think will update all TP fees.
