Missing Teeth / Extraction Unhandled Exception

Im getting an error when trying to list Missing Teeth or even extraction of teeth - have tried to do database maintainence but to no luck

thou the my.ini is as follows

I still downloaded and ran the Trial Installer - making sure that ONLY the my.ini were allowed to reinstall - but the same problem persists

Then the next step is for us to get a copy of your database and try to duplicate it on our end. Call our technical support and explain that I said that's what we need to do.
