Dr SUNI PLUS : Size 1 CCD Sensor ending in C

My recently purchased SuniPlus sensor (#1HR Sensor) ends with the letter C. Is there any way to integrate that directly into OD?
What do the letters stand for? How is the B & D sensor different than the C sensor?
