I just noticed that I have a patient coming in tomorrow who has an insurance plan that is not a calender year, 1-1- to 12-31. His start date is 7-1. We put in the appropriate start date, but the program is ignoring it and saying that he has a full year of benefits, but that is not true. We did several procedures in November and December of 2008, so he does not have full benefits remaining. Don't think I have done anything wrong?? Version 6.2.14

Re: Non-Calender Year Benefits Not Working?
Should work, put the full date in, it will just look at the month and day, make sure you have both the from and to date filled out. Each benefit can be calendar year or service year, so check that too. To make sure you have it set up right I would call customer support at 866 239 0469.

Under benefits section, I had calendar year checked. Unchecked and it started to work. Even though I had the correct date entered under subscriber info. I would think that the two should come with warning that we can only do one or the other or at least a question.
