For example, a pt is having a 3 unit fixed bridge. This may take 4 office visits. We have four "apointment codes" that we attach to each visit...ie; 1. prep& temp,
2. imprsssn,
3. coping try-in,
4. insertion.

We add these steps, or "appointment codes" to our tx plans and then attach each one to the corrresponding appmt.

However, we don't want all of these steps to show up on the statement.

We'll keep it in mind for the future. But anyway it makes the printout more impressive, right? :D

Yes. I guess listing all the steps makes the printout look impressive...and may help justify the cost in the patient's eyes. Not a big deal. We were just wondering if we had the option of not printing select procedures. Your program has revolutionized our practice...many thanks!!!
