Hi, We combined some insurance plans due to redundancy. Ever since then, even if the fee schedule is selected correctly for a particular patient, when inputting treatment, our UCR fees show up in the account. Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

That is to be expected with PPO plans.
If you want to show the Insurance Rates in the account, check the Plan Type is Category Percentage and the Fee Schedule is selected. Use Update Fees in the Treatment Plan window to trigger the new fee schedule rates.

It is selected and the category percentage has been selected. It is very strange, before we combined duplicate plans, it was working correctly with insurance fees showing in the account and in the treatment plan. Now the standard fees come up when you set a procedure complete. This is a problem because our dentists get paid on production and now the production is way off when we do a daily report.
