Highlight colors around appointments

I have noticed that when I click on an appointment, the highlight color that comes on around the appointment is usually red, but it is sometimes green. What is the difference, and are there other colors for other reasons that I have not yet noticed? Been using OD for at least 5 years and never noticed before today !

It has to do with the provider's appointment colors that is assigned to the appointment.

Note that sometimes ops are assigned to Hygienists. You might need to check their colors as well.
