How do I find out on all the patients I have placed the sealants from Delta for the past two years- the insurance company has paid us incorrectly and we have to resend them the claims- Thanks

After I did a backup a new database was created. How do I access the old database. Before logging in, Open Dental lets me choose the database, but on one of the computers it does not. I input the server path and then the next box lets me choose the database. Thanks

When completing a procedure I get this error code "Duplicate entry 32395 for key 1 " What is this? I tried to complete a new exam on a new patient and I still got this error- never before entered a new pt code? How do I fix it?

I have a older version of open-dental and apparently have installed a newer version on my new computer. Now the other computer including the "server" will not let me open opendental- stating a newer verison has been installed. With Dental Senders for $150 and AGD not providing this service- what is the next best solution to contact patients to remind them of their appointments automatically going through OD.
