Sorry, I've searched, but it doesnt seem anyone has posted the new denti-cal claim form. Those in CA know what a pain denti-cal can be when not following their rules. I upgraded to 5.6.34 but dont see the new denti-cal claim form in there...thanks.

has the new dentical form been posted yet? Is it in the newer OD versions? I'm still on 5.4.12 and wondering if I should upgrade. thanks.

Thanks for the info. I'll inform my staff to just leave the optional patient ID blank.

I've noticed that in version 5.4.3 the optional patient ID is used now instead of the subscriber ID in the 2006 claim form. Was this planned or is it a bug? I usually have the chart# placed in "optional patient ID" but I'll inform my staff if this is a new planned change and not a bug. We will have ...

I wish it were more accurate as some offices dont have and a person to handle/send out claims except once a week (as in my case with my OM/wife). I know some eclaims are easy and quick to send out (ie fillings), but others that require e-attachments dont get sent out until a few days later.

I've noticed that when I send an eclaim and look at the claim later, the "date sent" only reflects the date the claim was created, not sent. this is not an issue when printing claims though. I'm using version 5.0.15.

but what I meant was trying to bypass having to re-enter the patient's info whenever we fire up the NEA program, like how OD passes patient info to tigerview, etc.

we are using scanx with OD in our office with no issues. image quality is good. we are using the supplied software (visix) with the scanx though.
