Open Dental Forum

Hi Dr. Sparks, I noticed 2006 claim form was introduced starting from 4.9.x. However, if you were to go into Open Dental and edit the claim form, the background image is not showing up. It's referencing a file named "***2006.gif" but I cannot find this anywhere in the installer or source code. -Bobby
