When a patients work fills one claim form and goes onto another, is there any way to have it do a total? Right now it does the total for each claim form.

In our situation with having 2 mobile dental clinics and a main office location with just one database, I use the daisy-chain replication of the database and also use a program called SyncToy to sync the actual scanned documents.
