Image module error

v 20.1.33

A couple of computers seem to give an error loading images at our front desk after a while. The message said something like "Network error..the image may be too big....." A restart of OD solved the issue, it was not a network error. Maybe a memory leak?

You don't need to mount drives anymore, at least with all versions of windows 10. Just set your path to "\\server\oddata" (substitute the actual path) instead of "z:\" and I bet it will work and you won't need to worry about mounted drives on different accounts.

Re: Send Ins Claim bug. v 17.4.34

So, what is the best way to remove them? These have been there for many months with no other continuing problems, I believe it was from when we were using an early beta of 17.2.x or so last fall.

Send Ins Claim bug. v 17.4.34

We have three "claims" to go out in the send claim window with a date of 01/01/0001 that cause the error below if we try to send them. These have been here since v 16.x something. We need to figure out how to remove them. DBM does not remove them. We recreated new claims and it has already been paid...

2012 Claim Form

I haven't changed my ins claim form in a long while, but an insurance company just said they needed the 2012 form and wouldn't process my 2006 version. Where do we get the image for the claim form? It shows up blank when i go to edit the form and isn't in the "open dental\data" folder.

If by copying files over your network you mean directly to your hard drive, then either your server is really slow, or most likely, you are on a slow Ethernet network.
