When running finance charges, can I put in 2.5? It will not let me enter in a decimal number while trying to run the finance charges.

My biggest concern is to keep procedure order the same. But it would be nice if the orders would be the same as when you enter them in the chart module or appointment module. Then the same order for the procedures will be the same in the account module, chart module,TP module and claim form. Thank you

Can someone help me out, I am trying to keep the same list of procedures and the same order in the Char Module, Account Module and Insurance Claim Form? It seems as if every loses its order once you switch modules or print out an Insurance Claim Form.

no this office does not accept assignment of benefits. They do not want to show the estimated insurance payment. is there a way to disable the feature.

This is a Catch-22 situation. This office doesn't use Insurance Estimates. So, the InsPending is always zero. Can we include (in future releases) a criteria to exclude billing if insurance claims have been sent even without ins. estimates? Thanks.

Yes they are old procedures. Is there any way to change it because we need to give old statements to patients which haven't paid.
Also on another note, Is there a way to add the "Dunning Messages" in the billing module to the walkout statement in the walkout module?

Procedure info does not show up on billing
I have a weird problem. When printing a walkout statement, all the procedure information is printed. But when I try to do a billing statement, some of the procedure information does not show up. But those procedure's balance is still incorporated in the bill.

well I was searching through the Setup | Claim Forms and figured out how to do it manually. Then I updated the ClaimForm.xml that goes with the 1500.gif. it works perfect, thanks for the help.
