I am a dentist in India and have been using Open-Dental software for sometime now.

I just upgraded the open dental software to the latest (foreign) version 7.8.5 from 7.6.23 and the software is not accepting my old registration number.

Please advice.

While printing the treatment plans in version 7.0.32.0 (Foreign) the default note does not word-wrap onto the page. I get a single line going on beyond the page border. Is this a bug or specific to my computer?

Can the default recall interval for procedures be changed ?
I have set procedures to trigger recall, but I need to change the default recall setting of 6 months to 12 months.
I cannot possibly sit down and change the recall interval for all the patients, under the family module.
