Anyone know if its possible to have a dual mirrored server scenario.
If one server goes down becuase of hardware failure the second server takes over for the benefit of 0 down time.
Is this being done?

Re: Dual server
Check out the Dentaltown Forum - I wouldn't be surprised if Justin Shafer may have described an instillation like that. There are a number of suggestions about 'duplicate servers', I keep a duplicate server at the house, ready to go in a pinch (and relatively recently backed up). Both servers have the same version of Open Dental (this is important)

Re: Dual server
You can set up a circular replicating servers system. If one server goes down then connect to the other server to continue to work.
