When a patient is initially scheduled for an appointment and then breaks that appt we set it as broken. But, then pt calls to reschedule, why doesn't the original broken appt stay, instead it disappears. I'd like to see it stay and also see the new appt. Is there a way to track missed appts and late shows?
If it bleeds, we can kill it.

the broken appt is kept track of in your account as an adjustment or in the comm log automatically when the appt is broken depending on what option is selected in Setup | Misc.
There is nothing for late appts. You could add that into your comm log as well.
