Hi,
Can anyone explain me how this feature actually work. What needs to be done for a charge to show in the table.

For the CC charge to run automatically, the family balance must be at least as high as the proposed charge. We have written up the instructions and will post them soon.

Right now, it only works with X-charge.

How has recurring charges been working for other users?
We mostly have payment plans so I'm not sure there is a workaround for us.

In v12.0 recurring charges were enhanced to handle payment plans. There will be a combo box in the credit card edit window where you can designate which payment plan the recurring charge should be applied to.
