To work it would have to be at the fee level. it would need to be an additional field on the fees table. Ex. Each time a co-pay or fee or allowed is updated the field would also be updated with the current date.

It looks to me like version 9 is the cut off for xp and 10 was meant for vista and Directx 11 was meant for windows 7. Unless I am missing something. There are no valid fields listed in the items on the edit claim forms under setup. The HCFA1500 requires the diagnostic codes for the proceedures on the form to be listed in box 21 then a corresponding number on column e of box 24 for each of the 6 transactions listed....

Recall by type in recall window
When going to appointment reports then choosing recall it only works on prophy recalls and no others. It should allow for choosing other types (Ex. Bitewings, pano, etc.)

When deleting proceedures from the account screen in version 6.4 and 6.5 we found that there is no audit trail entry being made. It also does not make the entry if the deletion occurs from the chart module. Additions and edits do show up.

ATD, are you posting the writes offs at the time of service? I'm unclear how this would give you a true A/R. If you are waiting till the payment comes in then posting the writeoff your A/R would not be static. Every time you run the report you would get different results as long as payment continue ...

Exactly correct, it hangs when you hit the OK. It does it whether anything changed or not. Only way out without it hanging is to cancel. We also have access to a database for testing purposes.

The receivables report is basically giving a total true receivables as of the current day it is run for. It does not take into account any future dates. We found that if there is only 1 appontment on an indiviual day the appointment screen drags to a halt untill a 2nd appointment is added. We noticed this on version 5.6.14 up. If there are no appointments on the day then it is also fine.

We also have a client that is experiencing the same problem, converted them from softdent and they are on 5.6.23 and still extremely slow 10 seconds across the network. We have a copy of the data we can put on our ftp site if you wish.

I haven't seen the clinic option for so long I seemed to forget about it. It seems that it will be able to do everything with the exception of billing statements. We could add a billing type associated to each clinic or maybe we can add clinic choice to the billing option screen.
