Yes I am trying to make it appear in both. I tried to make it hidden as you mentioned but it now says the CodeGroupNum is unavailable. Not sure how to fix this.

I have been having an issue with some of my clients where even when I put deductible for diagnostic, xray, and routine preventative through the API as 0, it still applies a deductible towards the services. For example, in the image attached, the coinsurance were posted for all the categories, yet it didnt populate into Open Dental for this clinic. Typically it would for other clinics.
