Hey, Hope you are having a wonderful week so far! I have been having an issue with some of my clients where even when I put deductible for diagnostic, xray, and routine preventative through the API as 0, it still applies a deductible towards the services. Awesome thanks! CodeGroups will always be the same across all clinics, unlike covcats, right? for example FMX/PANO will always be CodeGroupNum 2, right?

I have had MULTIPLE offices complain about percentages and frequencies being incorrectly uploaded in their Open Dental, and upon a quality check on my side, I've found it to be a glitch with Open Dental API. Is there any way to circumvent this issue?

For example, in the image attached, the coinsurance were posted for all the categories, yet it didnt populate into Open Dental for this clinic. Typically it would for other clinics.

Yes, that is what I am looking to do. More specifically, add fee schedules, then add fees on a d-code level specific to that fee schedule.
