Edit Benefits window newly added frequency and age limitations do not save from unsimplified view




Optional Detailed Description - Please indicate how to duplicate the bug
Edit Benefits window when frequency/age limitation benefits are added in simplified view, switching to unismplified view and attempting to save does not save those benefits.
