Estimated patient portion

I find that the new line with the estimated patient portion in the account module is only correct if you do not select the "Claims show UCR fee, not billed fee" option in the plan's definition. If you have this option selected, it will calculate the difference between the estimated ins payment and your regular fee. It does work however if you select PPO percentage as plan type.
