API calls returning a "Not Authorized" response

Hello,
I'd like a bit of insight on this particular issue I started having,
Up until a week ago, API calls that I made to OD used to work without an issue, I was working on the trial version and was able to get connect to it using the API endpoints, setting the Developer key and Customer key the same as that was said in the documentation for connecting to the hosted demo DB.
But for the past few days, I have been getting a "Not Authorized" response when an API call is made through Postman using "http://localhost:30222/api/v1/", I've checked the keys and they are word for word similar to what was in the documentation, and still I have been unable to get a successful response. I am running it on version 25.1.61.0 right now, although the trial version did recommend me an update a few days ago when I tried connecting to another hosted DB for us to use, that "the file copier will copy files" and somewhere along with it mentioned an update, and wouldn't let me proceed without doing that step, this upgraded me to the latest trial version of OD: 25.2.57, This issue was noticed in 25.2.57, when I couldn't call the API using Postman anymore even on the demo database. I backtracked to the older version yesterday once again, and I still get this error.
Have I done something wrong at some point or was something done in the new trial version that completely disallowed API calls to it? If not, is there any solution or reason to why this might be happening now? I observed this when connecting to our client hosted DB for OD too, but sometimes after a few attempts, it would connect and return a successful response, but other times it kept giving a "Not Authorized" message.
Any insight into this would be helpful,
Thanks!
