Hello,

We just updated to 5.6.16 and the Web MD claims log is now 3 pages long and fairly unreadable. Does anyone know the solution?

What do you mean by unreadable? Are there odd characters in it? I haven't heard of this problem.

Sorry about forgetting this. The first log printed (if memory serves correctly) a lot of hex code sprinkled with patient names. However, it was only on the day we updated and they now seem to be fine. My OM didn't bring it up again and it slipped my mind.
