Our 3Shape bridge stopped working a few Beta versions ago - I spent several hours on the phone with Trios/3Shape support; however, they ultimately couldn't get it working. CLI (has been and) is enabled in 3Shape and, as far as I can tell, nothing has meaninfully changed on either side. Has anyone else experienced an issue or come across a solution?

What version of 3Shape software do you have and what version of Open Dental?

I wrote a new bridge as a plugin since open dental bridge does not work.

Mine Works fine.

Would you be so kind as to answer Kristian3S questions then? That way users don't have to do what you did by writing a new bridge as a plug-in.

3shape 1.8.7.1

This issue is a bit old, we've burned through a dozen versions of both since it was posted... I'll need to double check, but I believe the big upgrade of 3shape (the move to the cloud?) resolved the issue.

I too created a custom bridge to resolve the issue initially.

P.S. I THINK my issue was related to middle-tier. The bridge initially worked (pre-2022) using middle tier, following an upgrade it stopped working on our clients but did work on our server. As of today, the native Open Dental bridge to 3Shape is working on clients and server.

This was an issue that has been resolved by 3Shape months ago. The only difference in the new version is that a new case doesn't show up immediately. You have to acknowledge the change of patient in a Popup Window located at the bottom left on the screen.
