Treatment planning multiple options and appointments

Hello,
We are a pediatric office that offers many levels of sedation. The doctors want to be able to treatment plan multiple treatment options for multiple appointment options. This is very difficult to accurately estimate Insurance coverage and deductible. Looking for any tips or tricks you all are doing for large cases with many treatment options.
Also, would love to connect with another pediatric office to bounce ideas and questions off of.
