Please help. Is it possible to restrict booking of the same procedure code at the same time for different providers? We are a small surgery and have certain equipment restrictions which prohibits for example to book two RCT's at the same time in different operatories with different provider.
So the option of appointment restriction at the moment does not solve the problem for me.

We don't currently have a feature that restricts scheduling of more than one of a procedure code at the same time regardless of provider. We have received a feature request for this. Another option that you could try is to use an operatory for that procedure code.
Schedule the appointment in the operatory for the procedure code (indicating the tools are in use) and then add a blockout to the corresponding operatory the patient will be seated in.
