Individual and Family Insurance Summary

Hello,

We are trying to find out where OpenDental stores the information that is shown in Treatment Plan page, (bottom-right corner), specifically the summary of patient's Family Insurance and Individual Insurance tables (as in image below).



Is this stored as calculated value? Or should it be calculated based on procedures and claims history?

It is dynamically calculated each time it is viewed. It is not stored in the database anywhere.
