Can we show Popup (Alert) when the family and appointment form is being loaded without any customization in code?

You could make a popup come up when a new appointment is created. See https://www.opendental.com/manual/automation.html for details. You can create a popup to show whenever a patient is selected https://www.opendental.com/manual/popups.html.

Thanks for your response, we have reviewed the implementation and it seems we can show popup when patient get's selected But can we customize our content for each patient. e.g. based on each patient insurance plan, we want to show a popup popup (alert) to specific patient's if they satisfy condition. Is it feasible at the moment?

We can customize popup at patient/family level got the idea.
