Source Code for Web-Hosted Version

According to https://www.opendental.com/manual/webversion.html, a web version (I assume coud) is being developed. Is this source code available?
Open Dental does not currently have a version that will run in a web browser.
We are still actively working on other web technologies including our eservices (https://www.opendental.com/site/eservices.html). Our eservices are not replacements for running the desktop version of OpenDental and are only supplemental.As of 9/6/2016, we are working hard on patient portal and other web technologies, but not directly on a web version.
