Mutpliple prophy recalls for different times

Some of our patients need 30 min for cleanings, and some need 50.
Now, it's more of a guessing game....with some popups.
Ideally, we'd want different codes with different times, like D1110.1 for light cleaning/30 min, etc.
But how do we get patients onto that recall type, and how do we get the next recall appt to automatically pick the prophy with the right modifier?
