Future date a payment?

Suppose someone comes in on a Friday or weekend and posts payments both regular and insurance. How can those payments be made so that it shows up on Monday's transactions and daily deposit?

I think this is what your looking for.
http://opendental.com/manual/modulesetupaccount.html - "Allow future dated payments" checkbox
Though I do not think this applies to future dated insurance payments.
