We're a few versions behind so this may have been addressed already: WebForms do not automatically populate with dynamic field values. I understand that some of these values must be pulled from the database for each individual patient, however fields like practiceTitle, clinicDescription, clinicAddress and the such are prime candidates for fields which may be pulled when uploading the web form to OD servers. What are your thoughts?

That is a neat idea! Traditionally static text fields have their "tags" replaced just prior to displaying to the user. Thus we've always told our customers to type them out by hand for sheets that are designed to be Web Forms because we don't have a way to communicate back to the office in order to get the necessary information prior to showing the web form to the patient. I like your suggestion of combing through the entire sheet and populating any "tags" prior to uploading. That is a great feature request IMO.
