Tablet Pc

I am trying to use a Fujitsu tablet that has a 8.4 inch screen at 800x600 resolution that chops off the bottom and right hand portion of the screen instead of resizing. Is there a settiing Open-Dental or what screen settings need to be re-adjusted.
