When i drag an appointment into the pinboard it does not display on all workstations. The example is- if a hygienist puts an appointment in the pinboard but we would like the front desk to confirm that date/time when the patient checks out. It would be good if the front desk team could see that in their pinboard to schedule

Are you trying to accomplish what planned appointments are for?
